Responsibilities include:
- Build long term brand equity, create consumer desirability and cultural relevance for Maria Galland Paris by defining big platform ideas, drafting impactful copywriting and rolling out a consistent story-telling plan across all communications channels (newsletter, website product pages, product packaging...)
- Work together with digital, E-commerce and market partners
- Identify the right communications channels (earn media, social influencers, partnerships and collaborations) to deliver against the brand ambition
- Manage agency partners relationships as and when required
Communications and Partnerships/Collabs
- Create 360 communication plans that translate through the line and across multiple channels
- Build and nurture cooperation with beauty industry media, influencers, bloggers and content creators
- Organize press and influencer events for new launches to generate buzz and coverage
- Draft compelling press releases for all key innovations
- Work hand in hand with the Digital Team and Digital agency partners to create content for owned META platforms in line with brand activity plans (monthly calendar) and manage Instagram community with the adequate tone of voice and in a timely manner
- Monitor and question performance on a monthly basis and make recommendations
- Support and influence local markets in driving their PR and influencers strategy as and when required
