Innovation Product Manager

Fixed term Contract (4 months)

Main responsibilities

Development of product lines under its responsibility

  • Monitor the competition for its range of products
  • Carry out market and consumer studies
  • Carry out regular reviews of existing products and services
  • Analyze markets trends
  • Define the coherence of the overall strategy for its product lines and their profitability
  • Position the product line in relation to the market and the overall marketing strategy
  • Propose new or existing product development and study these opportunities from an economic, organizational and commercial point of view
  • Budget follow up and invoices validation

Innovation pipeline

  • Develop and implement the innovation pipeline
  • Steer the technical implementation of the offering
  • Coordinate the various departments involved in the development process to drive product development milestones and delivered planned launch timings
  • Help define the pricing policy
  • Motivate and engage subsidiaries and distributors around the innovation pipeline 

 

Operational implementation

  • Represent the Marketing Department at working meetings, internal projects committees and with partners
  • Draft product sales pitches for the rest of the international marketing team and for local marketing teams and sales staff
  • Create product sheets
  • Participate in the definition of sales support tools, create point of sales material that are relevant for each launch
  • Define marketing activity monitoring and reporting tools
  • Draw up dashboards and activity reports

 

Your Profile:

  • At least 5 years' experience as a Product or Innovation Manager
  • Solid experience operating multi markets
  • Fluent in English, another language (French or German) is a plus
  • University qualification in Marketing
